Volunteer

Spend time volunteering at school (tutoring, coaching, etc.), at community non-profit organizations, or in your church.

Need help finding volunteer opportunities? We will be posting some of them on this website under Volunteer and Events. Contact the organization to ask about how you can get started volunteering.

Make sure you read the Rules & Restrictions to make sure the volunteer work can be counted towards a Youth United aware.

Track & Verify Volunteer Hours

Track your volunteer hours. Record where and when you volunteer, how long you volunteer, and what you did while there.

  • Hours Tracking Form
You do not need to turn in this form. It is just to help you keep track of your hours.

Get your hours verified by the person supervising your volunteer work every month. Download and fill out and email to youthunited@unitedwaymasonco.org or submit online.

Get Recognized

Once you have completed your service hours and those hours have been verified, you will contacted to let you know you will be receiving an award or letter.
